Ron is able to customize your bike fit based on your style of riding, flexibility, and physiology.

Fits Include: Cleat placement. All fits start with setting your cleats up correctly. Proper cleat placement can increase comfort, decrease the likelihood of injury, and improve pedaling dynamics, which can increase power output. Cleat placement also includes proper knee alignment, which again can increase comfort and decrease the likelihood of injury. Shims under the cleats and footbeds are also employed to improve knee alignment.
Saddle height and fore-aft adjustment. Both saddle height and fore-aft position are based on ones type of riding. For example: a triathlete will have a slightly higher and forward position than a rider who spends all their time climbing in the mountains.
Handlebar Reach and height adjustment. Again, upper-body position is based on ones flexibility and type of riding. A criterium racer is set up differently from a rider who enjoys tours through the wine country.
Equipment advice. This includes advice on handlebar width, pedal choices, saddles, crank-arm length, and anything else that may come up during the fit process.
Price: $ 200 for a complete fit. $ 50 for cleats alone.
Note: Please allow 2 hrs. for a complete fit.
